Nato e cresciuto a Venezia, nel 1993 si è laureato in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Padova ove ha anche conseguito un Diploma post – laurea di Perfezionamento in Diritto del Commercio e della Finanza Internazionali (Postgraduate Specialization Course in Law of International Commerce and Finance).
Nell’anno 1997 ha superato l’esame di abilitazione ed ha assunto il titolo di avvocato.
Dall’anno 1999 è stabilmente in servizio come Notaio di diritto civile nella Città di Venezia.
Nel 2012 ha fondato l’associazione tra notai “Notai Veneziani Riuniti – NVR”, di cui è attualmente senior partner.
Dal 2005 al 2017 è stato componente del Consiglio Notarile Distrettuale di Venezia, nonché membro del Comitato Esecutivo – Organizzativo in occasione del XLIV Congresso Nazionale del Notariato, tenutosi a Venezia.
Ha fatto parte, per circa dieci anni, dell’Unità di Regolamentazione del Mercato istituita presso la Camera di Commercio di Venezia e del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Camera Arbitrale di Venezia.
Per il triennio 2022 – 2025 è stato nominato Presidente del Collegio dei Probiviri della associazione sportiva dilettantistica “Diporto Velico Veneziano”.
Pierpaolo Doria è membro associato all’associazione di cultura giuridica Insignum.
